Returns and withdrawal
To request a return, contact us before sending the item back. Customers in the European Economic Area may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to applicable exceptions. This page does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
Returned products should be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging where reasonably possible. Some products may be excluded from return where permitted by law, including personalized goods and certain sealed hygiene products after opening.
